Every contact lens evaluation includes a trial period and any necessary follow-ups, so we can ensure that your contacts are working well for you before purchasing.
Many kids show interest in contact lenses in late elementary or middle school, especially if they are involved in sports. There is no magic age when a child is “ready” to wear contacts, so we rely on the parents to decide when their child is mature enough to be evaluated for contact lenses. We recommend daily disposable contact lenses for our younger patients since they are easy to care for and significantly decrease eye infection risk compared to reusable lenses.
